When ordering during spring/summer months, Simply Simple Cosmetics will not be responsible for reimbursement if product melts during shipment. Ice Packs And Insulated mailers Are Provided During Spring/Summer months

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered and it was not you must file an insurance claim with usps. Please also contact your mail carrier to ensure it wasn't delivered to the incorrect address.
